Suggestions wanted for good easy Dinner Party cookbook/website – preferably with complete menus (Australia)?
Barefoot Contessa Parties! Ideas and Recipes for Easy Parties That Are Really Fun gets good reviews on Amazon but someone from Australia says the ingredients are often not available here and that’s where I live.
Also prefer the recipes to be reasonably healthy and able to be cooked from the start (not adding lots of commercial sauces etc)
